Now, I have been a member here for over two years (or just about) and I haven't submitted anything yet. I am very sad about this. I feel as if I'm not involved enough. So I decided to get involved by rating various flash animations and flash games. I also gave some pointers and other useful information.
The number one rule to this system is in order to receive a perfect 10 in the NG Rating System, you have to at least a 9.5 on all sub-categories. This system may seem familiar to a few (or more), but whatever.

Please note that this system only affects the views of myself and has absolutely nothing to do with Newgrounds or its own internal rating system. This is something that I picked up myself and hope that it will help out those aspiring animators, artists, composers, etc. If for any reason Newgrounds does not want me to do this, I will suspend any and all ratins based on this system. However, that is not to say that I will not continue to give out pointers and tips.

Brief summary.
Difficulty: How difficult it was to play the game and against the AI.
Replay Value: How often I would like to play the over and over again. Medals help out here.
Overall: The overall score based on the average of the six sub-categories listed below (max 10).
Concept: The originality of the game (max 10).
Sound: The quality of sound effects and music scores (max 10).
Graphics: The quality of the graphics and how they behave (max 10).
Controls: How the game controls with the inputs from the player (max 10).
Playability: How the game fits together Graphics vs Controls (max 10).
Fun Factor: How much fun this game is capable of producing (max 10).
NG Rating: The official NG Rating System rating (max 10/10).
Vote: The official NG Voting rating (max 5/5).
