Unnecessarily submitted work = fail.
Sorry, but it looks like you just submitted something just for the sake of submitting. All that this is is just a loop of just a few frames and music. It shouldn't even be considered as a music video. I also have to say that this took no effort on your part. And this was a collab effort?
Here are a few pointers:
Compared to today's standards here on NewGrounds (or from what I've seen), a music video has to have completely original content, not just a one second loop and a midi of a popular song (well, some-what popular).
The video should be animated through an artist of some sort. And original art it should be. If it is just random videos of people dancing, that's what YouTube is for. Also, if it is footage from a show or movie of some sort (animated or not), again, YouTube. The only reason actual footage from shows or movies should be acceptable here at NewGrounds is when someone is dubbing the audio to showcase their voice acting talent. That's not the case here. But that's just my opinion.
The length of the video needs to acceptable. This video, as I have stated before, is barely one second. It should be as long as the song permits (actually it should be a little bit longer).
The song should be as original as possible. It's OK to use a popular song, as long as it has a practical meaning behind the video, like an action sequence, or an actual application of the theme of the song itself.
Unless this was supposed to be just a prank (in which is all too common now that Pico Day was last week), I really don't see how this video got past judgement without a previous agreement of some sort.
Do us all a favor and please don't waste our time. It is a little funny, but that's about it. I don't mean to sound like an ass, but, you know what, there's no other way of putting it. Sorry.
